Nanyang’s shareholders are IPC Corporation Ltd (IPC) and Economic Development Board Investments Pte Ltd (EDBI).

IPC is a public listed company on the main board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) since 1993. EDBI is the investment arm of the Economic Development Board of Singapore.
