Singapore Accountancy Academy (SAA)

The Singapore Accountancy Academy (SAA) is the training arm of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) is the national organisation of the accountancy profession in Singapore. The SAA was established in 1985 and has been awarded the Premier Registered status by the ACCA, UK in recognition of the quality of tuition provision for ACCA students.
In November 2005, we are proud to be a recipient of Singapore Quality Class (SQC) for Private Education Organizations award. This award recognizes PEOs who have attained a commendable level of performance and would further enhance our journey to reach worldclass standards of business excellence.
SAA administers the ICPAS Professional Examination for individuals with overseas qualifications who are seeking membership with ICPAS and the Pre-Admission Course for provisional members of ICPAS. Furthermore, in ensuring that all ICPAS members are kept up to date on technical issues, SAA conducts regular Continuing Professional Education (CPE) serninars as well as hosts in-bouse training programs for various organizations and government bodies.
SAA, along with the secretariat division of ICPAS are housed in CPA House, at Aljunieed Road, occupying 29, 900 square feet. SAA has a total of 8 classrooms suitably sized for 40 to 180 persons and an auditorium that can accommodate up to 170 persons. Our 2 computer laboratories are equipped with 20 computers each, linked up by network, a comprehensive library and a recreational centre.

The SAA City Campus prestigiously located at the heart of Singapore's Central Business District. The Academy's strategic location is easily accessible by the Raffles Place MRT station through a sheltered underground walkway. Sited on the 27th floor with over 8,000 square feet of floor space, it encompasses 5 well-equipped training rooms with a breathtaking Singapore city view.
Our lecturers are top academics and professionals in both industry and public practices, thus forming a dedicated team whose goal is the excellence of professional accountancy training. Currently we have a panel of 30 lecturers for our ACCA, CAT and ATTS courses. More than 3,000 students study at SAA per intake, of which about 800 are foreign students.
