The CTHCM Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management aims to provide an understanding of the managerial, decision-making and leadership aspects of the international hotel industry.

It is also designed to develop independent research and study skills, which will be required when working at senior managerial level in the industry.

In addition, it is designed to prepare student for careers in the management of all manner of hotels, from small family-run operations to major international chains.

CTHCM Hotel Management programmes are designed to offer a broad equivalency to the first and second year of a British university degree. As such the scope of training is essentially supervisory and strategic rather than routine skills based. Graduates of CTHCM management programmes typically aspire to trainee management role or direct entry to the final stages of a university bachelor's degree.
