These events are organised by businesses to promote and market products or to reward and motivate staff. Until recently, the area of events management has been seen as part of the hospitality and tourism industries. However, with the increasing scale of the events business, and the diversity and range of the dimensions of events operations, the industry has required an increasingly professional approach.
